Annette
FOUNDER
Annette is a mother of three daughters, including one daughter with special needs, and is passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives. Family-oriented and driven by strong values, she brings extensive knowledge and skills from her experience in business ownership, leadership, and community-focused service to her role as Founder of Buddied Up.
With a strong commitment to quality care and positive outcomes, Annette is passionate about creating a service that genuinely supports individuals and families. Her lived experience as a parent, combined with her professional expertise, gives her a deep understanding of the importance of personalised, respectful, and flexible support.
As Founder, Annette leads Buddied Up with a focus on compassion, reliability, and independence. She is dedicated to ensuring every participant receives tailored, individualised support that meets their unique needs and goals. Working closely with clients, families, and her team, she strives to empower people to live life their way with confidence, dignity, and choice.

Mariska
SUPPORT WORKER
Mariska is a compassionate, trustworthy and dedicated Support Worker with a genuine passion for empowering people to live fulfilling and independent lives. Growing up with two siblings, including one who lives with a disability, has given her a unique understanding of the importance of empathy, patience, and inclusive support.
She has a strong passion for working with children and brings warmth, kindness, and understanding into every interaction. Her calm and caring nature allows her to build meaningful relationships with participants and their families, creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can thrive.
Mariska has completed qualifications in Health Administration and Disability Support and is also a qualified Group Personal Trainer. In her role at Buddied Up, she combines her knowledge, passion for health and wellbeing, and person-centred approach to support participants with daily living, community access, skill development, and achieving their individual goals with confidence and independence.

Ebony
ADMIN ASSISTANT
Eb is an organised, approachable, and driven member of the Buddied Up team who brings energy and enthusiasm to both her Administration Assistant and Support Worker roles. With a passion for helping others and a strong eye for detail, she enjoys creating efficient systems while also providing meaningful, hands-on support to participants in the community.
Aspiring to become a lawyer, Eb is ambitious, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional service. In her role as Administration Assistant, she manages enquiries, coordinates schedules, and maintains clear communication between participants, families, and support workers. As a Support Worker, she provides person-centred support that encourages independence, confidence, and positive engagement in daily life, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience across both roles.

Halle
SUPPORT WORKER
Halle is a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker who is passionate about helping others live with confidence and independence. Family-oriented and respectful, she brings warmth, empathy, and a positive attitude to every interaction. She is highly experienced in supporting participants with complex needs and behaviours of concern, providing calm, consistent, and person-centred care that promotes safety, trust, and positive outcomes.
Currently studying to become a Registered Nurse, Halle is committed to expanding her knowledge and skills to provide the highest standard of care. She delivers person-centred support through personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living, ensuring participants feel safe, valued, and empowered to achieve their goals.

Elise
SUPPORT WORKER
Elise is a highly experienced, dedicated, and bubbly Support Worker who brings warmth, positivity, and enthusiasm to every interaction. Her friendly and outgoing personality allows her to build genuine connections with participants, creating a supportive environment where they feel comfortable, respected, and encouraged.
With three years of experience in the disability sector and two years in aged care, Elise has extensive experience supporting participants with complex needs, personal care, and a wide range of daily living requirements. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and confidence, while helping each participant achieve their individual goals.

Louise
SUPPORT WORKER
Louise is a warm, consistent, and empathetic Support Worker who is dedicated to helping participants live fulfilling and independent lives. As a proud mum to two beautiful girls, she understands the importance of patience, kindness, and building genuine connections with those she supports.
Louise has a particular passion for supporting adults and the older community, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. She provides person-centred support through personal care, domestic assistance, medication prompts, meal preparation and community participation. With her calm, caring nature and friendly sense of humour, Louise creates meaningful relationships with participants, ensuring they feel respected, supported, and empowered to continue living life on their own terms.

Tyler
SUPPORT WORKER
Tyler is a softly spoken, loyal, adaptable Support Worker with a strong passion for providing high-quality care and supporting people to live with dignity and independence. His calm and approachable nature allows him to build genuine connections with participants while delivering person-centred support tailored to their individual needs.
With extensive experience in aged care, Tyler has developed strong skills in personal care, communication, and supporting individuals with a diverse range of needs. He has also volunteered with St John Ambulance since 2024, further strengthening his ability to respond calmly in various situations while enhancing his patient care and communication skills. Tyler is committed to delivering safe, respectful, and person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life. He also holds an Advanced First Aid Certificate, further reinforcing his ability to provide responsive and professional support.

Abbi
SUPPORT WORKER
Abbi is a thoughtful and gentle Support Worker who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. Respectful and approachable, she enjoys working with children & teenagers and is committed to creating meaningful relationships built on trust, kindness, and encouragement.

SUPPORT WORKER
Amelia is a valued member of the Buddied Up team, known for her kind, dependable, and approachable nature, along with the positive energy she brings to every interaction. She is passionate about empowering participants to live their best lives and has a natural ability to build genuine connections, creating a calm, safe, and encouraging environment where individuals feel supported and valued.
As a Support Worker, Amelia provides person-centred support tailored to each participant's unique goals and needs. She enjoys assisting clients with community participation, daily living, and developing confidence and independence, celebrating every achievement—big or small—while helping participants reach their full potential.

Melissa
SUPPORT WORKER
Melissa is a tentative, patient, and enthusiastic Support Worker who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. Although new to the disability support sector, she has a natural knack for working with children and quickly builds trusting, meaningful relationships through kindness, encouragement, and genuine care.
As a qualified Disability Swim Instructor, Melissa has developed valuable skills in supporting individuals of all abilities, promoting confidence, independence, and participation in a safe and inclusive environment. Eager to continue learning and developing her skills, she is dedicated to providing high-quality, client-focused support while helping every participant achieve their individual goals.
